Hazem Ouf will resign his position as president/CEO and vice chairman of American Blue Ribbon Holdings effective October 1, 2016. Ouf has served as president and CEO of ABRH since the multi-concept restaurant company was formed in March 2009.
ABRH operates 648 company and franchised restaurants in 42 states under such brand names as Village Inn, Baker’s Square, O’Charley’s and Ninety Nine Restaurants.
