RJS Associates and Theodore Barber & Co. to Merge Feb. 1.

New foodservice consulting company to go to market as RJS|Barber Associates.

RJS Associates and Theodore Barber & Company, Inc. will merge their organizations, and effective February 1 they will go to market as RJS|Barber Associates. The new firm will offer integrated foodservice design and advisory services.

RJS' Rick Sevieri will serve as president of the new company, while Theodore Barber of Theodore Barber & Co. will serve as principal.

As independent businesses, RJS Associates and Theodore Barber & Co. collaborated on many projects during the past 18 years, according to a release announcing the merger.

RJS|Barber Associates' headquarters will be in the former RJS Associates offices in Old Lyme, Conn. The company will maintain a Florida presence, too. RJS Associates and Theodore Barber & Company, Inc. office addresses, emails and phone numbers will remain the same until further notice.

Theodore Barber & Company, Inc. will continue to service select clients currently under contract, while production will move to the Connecticut office.
