Carcara comes from Seasons 52.

Multi-concept operator Del Frisco's Restaurant Group, Inc. named Jeff Carcara its chief operating officer.

A restaurant industry veteran, Carcara most recently served as senior director of operations for Seasons 52, a concept within Darden's Specialty Restaurant Group. His background also includes serving as corporate director of food and beverage for the Kessler Collection Hotels.

Del Frisco's owns and operates the Del Frisco's Double Eagle Steak House, Sullivan's Steakhouse and Del Frisco's Grille restaurant concepts.
