Harriet Jung Eiwen, 94, vice president of service agent Daubers Inc., died of natural causes on Monday, May 28.
In 1965, she and her husband Charles Eiwen went into business for themselves purchasing Carl Daubers and Sons Electrical Service in Washington, DC. They incorporated the business renaming it Daubers Inc. and directed its business to the repair of commercial appliances in Washington and surrounding areas.
She was preceded in death by her son Richard, her husband Charles and her daughter Evelyn. She is survived by her daughter Emily Drake, son Charles H. Eiwen and six grandchildren.
A memorial service will take place at 10:00 a.m., June 16 at Walker Chapel Church in Arlington, Va. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to The Newton & Wilma Thomas Hospice House, 501 Park Street, Charlottesville, Va. 22902.
