Krispy Kreme Names Kenneth May President and COO

Former logistics company president to take the helm.

Kenneth May has joined Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, Inc. (NYSE:KKD) as its president and chief operating officer, responsible for all of the company's operating segments.

May brings more than 25 years of operational, retail, supply chain and brand experience to his new role with Krispy Kreme. Most recently, he served as president of ES3, LLC, a logistics company specializing in supply chain operations for manufacturers and retailers. May also worked for FedEx Corp., serving as president and chief executive officer of FedEx Kinko's Office and Print Centers, and leading the integration of Kinko's into FedEx. He is also a former board member of P.F. Chang's China Bistro, Inc.
