 Popeye's gets a new international head.

Andrew G. Skehan was named COO, International of Popeyes, an AFC Enterprises, Inc. (NASDAQ:AFCE) brand.

Skehan formerly served as COO of Wendy's/Arby's International as well as president, Europe, Africa & Middle East for Quizno's Restaurants.
