Longtime McDonald's executive takes on a new role with the Denver-based emerging fast-casual concept.

Garbanzo Mediterranean Grill, a Denver-based fast-casual restaurant chain, named Ralph Decker director of field services.

Decker's career spans five decades, most notably with McDonalds Corporation, where he spent more than 40 years. Most recently, Decker served as managing director for Cadillac Ranch All American Bar & Grill/Bartini's where he led the integration of the chain into the Granite City Food & Brewery Corporation.
