Baja Fresh announced the opening of its newest Baja Fresh Express in Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport.
The new restaurant's design fits within the new Baja Fresh Express prototype, which features natural wood and warm colors. Additionally, the menu allows greater customization with a build your own burrito option.
The 752-square-foot Baja Fresh Express is owned and operated by Mack II Inc. who also operates Popeye's Chicken and Checkers Hamburger franchises in the Atlanta International Airport.
"Our recent restaurant openings in airports and universities such as California State University Fullerton provides us with a unique brand for a number of nontraditional restaurant opportunities, said Chuck Rink, president and CEO of Baja Fresh.
