Epic Burger Serves Up New CEO

Former Potbelly executive Norrick joins the budding Chicago burger chain.

Scott Norrick is the new chief executive officer for Epic Burger, an emerging restaurant chain based in Chicago.

Norrick joins Epic Burger with 12 years of executive level restaurant experience, most recently serving as senior vice president of development for Potbelly Sandwich Works. Prior to his tenure at Potbelly, Norrick held executive positions with Darden Restaurants and Steak 'n Shake.

Epic Burger founder David Friedman remains active in the business, focusing on public relations, brand initiatives, concept development and culture building.
