TriMark USA Buys Federighi Design, Inc.

Transaction represents the foodservice equipment and supplies dealership's second purchase in two months.

TriMark USA has acquired Federighi Design, Inc. of Richmond, Calif. The company will go to market under the name TriMark Federighi.

George Federighi, Jr. will serve as president of TriMark Federighi, working closely with TriMark Economy Restaurant Fixtures, headquartered in San Francisco, to expand and enhance their contract foodservice capabilities.

TriMark Federighi Design specializes in design-build projects for California-based foodservice and hospitality clients and offers in-house installation, as well as a kitchen equipment service and repair department.

This is TriMark USA's second acquisition in two months. In October the company purchased Century Concepts Inc., a Suwanee, Ga.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership. Century joined the TriMark South Division to create TriMark Century Concepts.

Federighi Design was founded in 1942 by George Federighi Sr., who also founded Stero Dishwashing Manufacturing.
