Service agent Electric Motor Repair Company hired Noah Mathay to serve as operations manager for its Delaware Valley Branch, based in New Castle, Del.

Noah MathayThe foodservice industry has always been a big part of Mathay’s life, as he grew up working in his family’s restaurant prior to attending and graduating from the Academy of Culinary Arts in Mays Landing, N.J. Prior to joining EMR, Mathay served as an operations manager for NaturaLawn of America Wilmington, a foodservice director for Culinart Dining Service and a culinary instructor for The Food Bank of Delaware.

"The foodservice industry has made a huge impact on my life. I enjoy exploring other cultures and cuisines, and discovering new foods, flavors, and people from those regions. I could spend hours wandering around any Asian, Latin, and Italian markets or grocery stores!” Mathay said.
