Longtime Disneyland veteran becomes executive director, design and technical support for the Denver-based foodservice consulting firm.

Ricca Design Studios has hired Martin Cowley to serve as executive director, design and technical support for the international culinary design and consulting firm. Cowley, a 40-plus year veteran of the foodservice industry, spent the past 27 years with Disneyland Parks and Resorts as senior manager of design and construction.

Over the course of his career, Cowley has earned numerous awards, including FE&S’ 2013 Hall of Fame Award and The NAFEM Award of Merit. In addition, he has served as a judge for the National Restaurant Association’s Kitchen Innovations Awards since the program’s inception.
