Restaurant industry veteran John Billingsley was named chief development officer for Paris Baguette, a Parisian-inspired fast-casual global bakery. Billingsley will develop and implement a diverse channel growth strategy, including dedicated concept application, financial modeling and domestic deployment.
Billingsley’s background includes leadership roles with brands such as Au Pon Bon and Papa Gino’s. Most recently, he served as chief development officer at Le Pain Quotidien USA.
