Multiconcept operator Half Eaten Cookie Hospitality named Jordan Wallace its culinary director. In this role, Wallace will focus on “improving operations, encouraging chef creativity and strengthening leadership among the concepts,” per a release.

Former Starbucks executive Rossann Williams was named chief operating officer for the fast-growing salad concept Sweetgreen. In this role, she will oversee Sweetgreen’s operations, real estate, development and supply chain.

T&S Brass and Bronze Works promoted Akash Prasad to head of business development for India and the subcontinent.

Tuxton appointed Ginger Green to serve as director of sales.

John Kolaski was tapped to serve as president of Patina Restaurant Group, a bicoastal collection of boutique restaurants, catering and foodservice operations owned by Delaware North.

Boston Showcase Company promoted Seth Iadarola to vice president of sales. Iadarola rejoined the Newton, Mass.-based foodservice equipment dealer in 2022 as director of sales.

Commercial dishwasher manufacturer Insinger Machine Company hired Kim Croft to serve as director of business development. In this role Croft will oversee all of Insinger’s dealer, rep, and consultant relationships.

Pepper Lunch hired Mark Bailey to serve as chief operating officer for the Japanese-born fast-casual chain.

Alto-Shaam and BSI add to their rep networks, while 4-Star Reps and the North Star Agency update their line cards.

Tech24 has acquired Central GA Refrigeration, a Georgia-based commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and cooking equipment repair company.

Z-Ventilation Solutions (Z-Vent) introduced Brad Wallace as a senior sales engineer and Donnie Turley as operations manager. Based in Columbus, Ohio, Z-Vent provides commercial kitchen ventilation systems for restaurants, hospitals, and institutional cafeterias, per the company’s website.

Marra Forni hired Giulio Adriani to fill the newly created position of chief pizzaiolo officer for the Maryland-based manufacturer of artisan commercial brick ovens.

Amber Daniels joins Spaceman as a regional sales manager for the company’s Midwest and Northeast territories.

Massimiliano Bizzarri was named chief executive officer of the Rancilio Group, which is an Ali Group Company. He succeeds Ruggero Ferrari, who spent four years in the role.

Tom Cassin passed away on January 20, 2024. Cassin spent more than 50 years in the foodservice industry. His background included leadership roles with manufacturers such as Pitco and Blodgett.

Jason Bireta was introduced as president of Hot Rocks Ovens, a foodservice equipment company that’s a division of Korok Group.

Multiconcept operator Dine Brands Global promoted Scott Gladstone to the newly created role of chief development officer. He will also continue to serve as Dine Brands International president, a role he’s been in since January 2023.

David Castino passed away on January 2, 2024. The 63-year-old Castino was president of Castino Restaurant Supply, a California-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealer.

Former Pepsi executive Kirk Tanner will become president of Wendy’s, effective February 5, 2024. He replaces Todd Penegor, who will leave the company next month.
