September is National Food Safety Education Month and due to popular demand, FE&S will be holding its second annual Food Safety webcast. Once again, FE&S will present a special interactive panel discussion covering the top concerns regarding allergens and food safety today. Expert speakers —  including Sheila C. Weiss of the National Restaurant Association and Summer McQuoid of the National Restaurant Association Solutions — will discuss how to avoid cross contamination through proper preparation, cleaning and sanitation of equipment and supplies.
