APW Wyott Flat or slanted roller grills available in a variety of sizes and cooking capacities with chrome or “tru-turn,” non-stick roller grills. Tru-turn grills suitable for a variety of products to be turned with reduced slippage to produce a more consistent presentation using non-stick surfaces. Available in 120V and 208V power configurations with grilling capacities ranging from 340 to 850 franks per hour.

Bettcher Industries Pollux on-premises egg pasteurizers use a natural pasteurization process that kills pathogens such as salmonella that are potentially harmful or lethal to customers. The technology enables eggs to be pasteurized in the shell and stored for long periods of time. Available in two models for pasteurizing up to 60 or 360 eggs at a time.
