The beverage service provided by coffee brewers is an essential aspect of most foodservice operations.
Foodservice operators use these machines primarily to provide coffee. Water is heated to between 195 and 202 degrees F. Brewers also have water faucets to supply hot water for different applications, such as producing oatmeal, soup and hot chocolate.
Although the hot water also can be used to steep tea, true connoisseurs of this beverage may consider the water temperature too low.
