Refrigerated Display Case Applications

Foodservice operators can use refrigerated display cases in a variety of front and back of the house applications.
Here are some of the most common uses for refrigerated display cases.
Glass door or open air display cases are used for refrigerated or frozen products, including beverages, ice cream, sandwiches, salads and other grab and go foods. These units can be positioned as end caps in a retail setting or grouped in multiple units for a point of sale opportunity.
Solid door reach-ins are used mostly for cold food storage in back of the house settings.
Both open and closed display cases can be used in full- and quick-service restaurants; institutional facilities in schools and prisons; and in foodservice operations in hospitals, stadiums, office buildings, hotels and supermarkets.
