The newest, and smallest, heated holding cabinet provides users with the ability to hold food at precise temperatures while maximizing production space of any kitchen. Designed for operations with tight counter space and a la carte menus, the oven cooks, roasts, re-heats and holds food in the same small cabinet. The new cook and hold oven and holding cabinet measures only 17" wide by 25" deep, with a height just below 19".
