Canadian-based MTY Food Group extends its U.S. restaurant portfolio with the acquisition of BF Acquisition Holdings LLC, namely Baja Fresh Mexican Grill and La Salsa Mexican Grill restaurants. The transaction, estimated at $27 million, should close in the next 30 days.
