AHF Presents Lifetime Achievement and Making A Difference Awards
The Association for Healthcare Foodservice presented its 2016 Lifetime Achievement Award to Julie Jones of The Ohio State University’s Wexner Medical Center. AHF also presented its 2016 Making A Difference Award to Maureen Leugers, MBA, RD of Gordon Food Service.

800 Degrees Pizza Gets New Investors and Executives
Venture capital fund Murfey Ventures has made an investment in 800 Degrees Pizza, a California-based fast-casual restaurant concept with locations in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and such international markets as Dubai and Tokyo. In addition to securing new investors, 800 Degrees Pizza announced several changes to its senior management team.
