Private Equity Firm Prepares to Purchase Houlihan’s FE&S FlashNews

York Capital Management plans to acquire Houlihan’s Restaurants Inc. from an affiliate of Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison. While the transaction is expected to close in December, other terms were not disclosed.
