Restaurant Industry Sales Expected to Increase in 2015 FE&S FlashNews

Technomic projects restaurant industry sales will increase 5.3 percent in 2015 on a nominal basis. The Chicago-based foodservice market research firm made the announcement earlier today during its annual Trends and Directions Conference.
