Reps Project 4.1 Percent Sales Increase for 2015 FE&S FlashNews

Members of the Manufacturers Agents’ Association for the Foodservice Industry (MAFSI) project 2015 foodservice equipment and supplies sales will increase 4.1 percent over this year's levels, according to the organization’s 2015 Forecast Report. For 2014, MAFSI members project foodservice equipment and supplies sales will increase 4.9 percent, which is 0.5 percent off the association’s initial forecast for the year.

The Top 500 Restaurant Chains to Post Unit and Sales Growth in 2014 FE&S FlashNews

The 500 largest restaurant chains will increase their total number of units by 2.3 percent this year, according to data from Technomic, the Chicago-based market research firm. The increase is slightly higher than the 2.1 percent growth rate from 2012 to 2013 and much greater than the 0.5 growth rate in 2009.

Noble Roman's Updates Management Team FE&S FlashNews

Paul Mobley will assume the newly created title of executive chairman for Noble Roman’s, Inc., the Indianapolis-based franchisor and licensor of Noble Roman’s Pizza and Tuscano’s Italian Style Subs. In addition, Scott Mobley will assume the title of chief executive officer in place of his role as chief operating officer.
