Collection of foodservice veterans will serve Vollrath customers in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
Foodservice equipment manufacturer Vollrath added five foodservice industry veterans to its sales roster.
Van Bennett was appointed the DSM for the mid-Atlantic Region, managing the Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C. areas. Previously, Bennett served in a variety of roles for Rubbermaid Commercial Products ranging from district sales manager and regional sales trainer to senior territory manager and national account manager.
Jason Mercil is Vollrath DSM in Minnesota, Iowa and North and South Dakota. Mercil's foodservice background includes four years with Dakota Food Equipment and 14 years with the manufacturer's representative group Daly & DeRoma.
Mathieu Hivon is the Vollrath DSM in Quebec, Canada. Hivon most recently worked for Hardt Equipment as a culinary applications specialist. His foodservice background also includes working for Distribution Felisol as an inside sales manager for nine years.
Taco Wijbenga is the area sales manager for Europe. A 16-year veteran of the foodservice industry, Wijbenga most recently served as director of HANOS-ISPC, an international foodservice/horeca wholesale company specializing in food and beverage products and restaurant and catering equipment.
Nicolaus Rouas is Vollrath's new DSM for France, Belgium, Luxembourg and part of Switzerland. For the past ten years, Rouas worked as a DSM in France for Cambro.
