Huddle House Taps Ken Keymer for CEO Post

Restaurant industry veteran Keymer sheds the interim tag to assume Huddle House leadership position full-time.

The Huddle House Board of Directors named restaurant industry veteran Ken Keymer as CEO of the 400-unit full-service dining chain. Keymer, a long-time Huddle House board member, assumed the role of interim-CEO in September 2010. While serving in the interim role, Keymer decided to seek out the permanent CEO position. Keymer's restaurant industry experience includes serving as president and chief operating officer of Sonic Corp. and chief executive officer positions at Vicorp Inc. (parent of Bakers Square and Village Inn), AFC Enterprises (parent of Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen) and Noodles and Co.

Huddle House is a full-service family restaurant chain, with locations typically open 24 hours.
