Walk-on’s Bistreaux & Bar promoted three of its team members, including Tony Caballero to vice president of operations and training.
Caballero joined the Walk-On’s team in 2008 as an assistant general manager for the sports bar’s second location. He began his restaurant career with Copelands of New Orleans after a 20-year career as a S.W.A.T officer.
Bobby Fradella — a 25-year restaurant industry veteran — was promoted to director of franchise operations. He spent the previous two years serving as a regional operations manager.
Eric Kindon was promoted to director of construction. He joined Walk-On’s in 2014 as the construction and facilities manager. He will now lead the development of each new Walk-On’s location.
Walk-on’s has 17 locations in operation and plans to open 18 more in 2018.
