Gennings' background includes working with such restaurant chains as Jersey

Mike's and Vapiano International. He served as a master franchisee for
Boardwalk Fresh Burgers and Fries and as a consultant to The Halal Guys.

As part of his new role, Gennings has hatched a four-point plan to drive
growth for the Chickery. This plan includes installing a national purchasing
program to decrease franchisee costs, reinventing the menu, introducing an
improved footprint and in-store customer experience, and implementing a
complete rebrand, per a release announcing his hiring.
