Yoshinoya America appointed Jim Stevens to serve in the newly created role of chief operating officer for the quick-serve restaurant chain.

He will oversee, develop and set direction for operations as the company continues to remodel its existing store base as well as open new locations.

Stevens’ background includes working with such companies as Checkers Drive in Restaurants/Rally's, Yum Brands, Arby’s and Captain D’s.
