Carts of Colorado, a manufacturer of mobile carts and kiosks for the foodservice industry, has changed its name to Gallery.
The company was founded more than 30 years ago by the Gallery family, which began selling hot dogs from a cart on the 16th Street Mall in Denver. Carts of Colorado changed its name to Gallery to reflect “the family-owned and operated ethos that streams through the company” and to underscore the business’ international reach, scope and breadth, per a release announcing the name change.
This news comes one month after the company introduced Daniel Gallery V as its new president, replacing Daniel Gallery IV. The latter remains active with the company as its CEO and founder.
