Debra Eybers is the new chief operating officer for Ignite Restaurant Group Inc., a multi-concept operator whose restaurant portfolio includes Joe’s Crab Shack and Brick House Tavern + Tap.

Debra Eybers has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of operational and leadership roles within the restaurant industry, including working with such companies as Ruth’s Hospitality Group, The Palm Restaurant, House of Blues and Cheeseburger in Paradise.

Ignite also hired Lou Anne Banks, a restaurant industry veteran with experience at a variety of companies including McDonald’s and Johnny Rockets, to serve as vice president of marketing.
