The Vollrath Company has hired Katharine Mizla CSI, CDT to serve as consultant sales manager for the Wisconsin-based manufacturer of foodservice equipment and smallwares.

With more than 30 years of experience, Mizla has worked in various sectors of the foodservice industry including beginnings as a chef’s apprentice, purchasing for a large hotel chain, managing various restaurants, foodservice design, and creating software for the industry. Most recently, she served as designer and project manager for TriMark SSKemp in Cleveland.
