Phil Costner was named CEO of Granite City Food & Brewery and Cadillac Ranch All American Bar & Grill. The appointment follows former CEO Rob Doran’s retirement.

Costner was previously president and CEO of the Elite Sports Bar Group. Additional past industry experience includes food and beverage roles at Universal Studios Hollywood, TGI Friday’s, La Madeleine, and Mimi’s Café.

Granite City Food & Brewery operates 35 brewery-restaurant sites in the Midwest. Country-casual Cadillac Ranch All American Bar & Grill operates 6 locations down the East Coast and in the Midwest. Both are owned by CIC Partners, Dallas.
