Frisch’s Big Boy introduced Jason Vaughn, a 25-year veteran of the restaurant industry, as its CEO.
Vaughn most recently served as president and chief operations officer of Memphis-based Lenny’s Subs. Prior to that, he was a division vice president for Wendy’s International. Vaughn started his career at Yum! Brands, spending 19 years there and working his way up to senior director of operations.
