Curtis Restaurant Equipment, an Oregon-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership, has transitioned to an employee stock ownership plan from family ownership.
Mike Curtis will continue to serve as president of Curtis Restaurant Equipment and Dan Curtis will continue as the chairman of the dealer's board of directors. The rest of the management team will remain in place, per a company release.
Curtis has 54 employees that operate 4 branches. In 2014 the company reported $28.9 million in revenues, making it the country's 50th largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealer, according to FE&S' 2015 Distribution Giants study.
