Geoffrey Stiles is the new president of Eddie Merlot's, a fine-dining restaurant chain. Stiles' background includes working as president and chief operating officer for Ruth's Chris and as vice president of operations for Morton's of Chicago.
In March of this year, Eddie Merlot's hired Stiles as a consultant to conduct a three-month analysis of the chain.
