Former CEO of Honeywell International Inc. selected to lead RTI board after the acquisition.

Larry Bossidy is the new chairman of the board for Restaurant Technologies Inc., a Minnesota-based provider of automated oil storage, handling and disposal management systems. Bossidy's appointment comes on the heels of EQT Infrastructure Limited's selling RTI to a group of investors led by Aurora Capital Group, a Los Angeles-based private investment firm.

Bossidy's background includes working in leadership positions with such companies as General Electric, Allied Signal and Honeywell. Additionally, Bossidy is co-author of the best-selling book "Execution: The Discipline of Getting Things Done" and its sequel, "Confronting Reality: Master the New Model for Success."
