Former franchisee Armantrout assumes an operational leadership position for the emerging restaurant chain.

Another Broken Egg Café has named Kevin Armantrout the chain's chief operating officer. In his new position, Armantrout will be responsible for amplifying the brand's growth by establishing new corporate locations in key markets.

A seasoned restaurant industry professional with more than 30 years of experience, Armantrout's background includes serving as a franchisee of Another Broken Egg Café, and vice president of franchise development for Ruth's Chris Steak House.

Another Broken Egg Café has 39 restaurants across 13 states and plans to hit 100 locations by 2018.
