Clifford Pleau is the new vice president of research and development for Bonefish Grill. In his new role, Pleau will lead culinary initiatives and menu development for the casual dining chain.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Pleau's experience includes developing such restaurant concepts as California Grill at Walt Disney Word and Seasons 52.
