Multi-line foodservice equipment manufacturer Middleby Corp. has acquired Concordia Coffee Company, which produces automated and self-service coffee and espresso machines.
Concordia's product line is suitable for use in such commercial foodservice markets as convenience stores, hotels, restaurants and various non-commercial foodservice operators. The Seattle-based company has approximately $15 million in annual revenues, according to a Middleby release.
