Bower has a long history in foodservice. 

Ralph Bower has resigned his position as president, U.S. for Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen to become chief executive officer for Pei Wei, a fast-casual Asian concept owned by Wok HoldCo.

Bower’s resignation from Popeye’s takes effect Aug. 7, 2014. He will assume his new position with Pei Wei on Aug. 8, 2014.

Bower has more than 20 years of senior operating experience including YUM! Brands and Domino’s Pizza after starting his career in the U.S. Navy.

He will be based in Scottsdale, Arizona.
