Former CEO of the Palm Restaurant Group to manage the multiconcept operator’s upscale collection of restaurants.

Tavistock Restaurants added John Bettin to its management team. Bettin will serve as chief executive for the multiconcept operator’s Upscale Collection of restaurants, which includes Abe & Louie's, AquaKnox, Napa Valley Grille, California Cafe, Atlantic Fish, Coach Grill, ZED451, Joe's American Bar & Grill, Blackhawk Grille, Timpano Italian Chophouse, Cafe del Rey, Taqueria Canonita and Sapporo.

With more than 30 years of restaurant industry experience, Bettin comes to Tavistock from the Palm Restaurant Group, where he also served as CEO. Bettin’s background also includes working with Morton’s of Chicago, Capital Restaurant Concepts and Houlihan’s, among others.
