Burke to help lead Just 4 Schools program.
Commercial cooking equipment manufacturer Vulcan has launched its Just 4 Schools Program, an initiative to better meet the changing food preparation needs of the K-12 segment. To help lead this effort, Vulcan named company veteran Mike Burke its K-12 Ambassador.
In his new role Burke will help K-12 foodservice professionals identify products for their operations and assist in such areas as service, training and support. A Certified Food Service Professional, Burke is also a School Nutrition Specialist and ServSafe Certified.
