Toronto culinary veteran takes on American cuisine.  

The Redwood Grille, a new Santa Monica restaurant, named Spiros Bozikis its executive chef and chief operating officer. A veteran of the Toronto culinary scene, Bozikis will spearhead the restaurant's modern take on classic American cuisine.

Redwood Grille features 6,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor rooftop dining and boasts a 2,500 square foot patio.
