Sage Restaurant Group Updates Management

Trio of restaurant industry professionals assume new positions with the Denver-based multi-concept operator. 

Sage Restaurant Group, a Denver-based multi-concept operator, announced a series of management changes.

These changes include:

  • Brian Kanak was promoted to executive chef of the Toasted Oak Grill & Market in Novi, Mich., from executive sous chef.
  • Megan McGinness was named general manager of the Toasted Oak Grill & Market. A member of the SRG team since 2008, McGinness has worked with several of the company's concepts.
  • Mark Orttel was named general manager of SRG's Second Home restaurant, located in Denver.
