It was a record turn-out for the 2008 Dealer of the Year & Industry Awards, with more than 340 foodservice professionals in attendance at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago on Saturday May 17, 2008. Highlights of the evening include: Zena Dater of Oswalt Restaurant Supply in Oklahoma City was named FE&S' 2008 DSR of the Year; Tacoma, Wash.-based Bargreen Ellingson was recognized as FE&S’ 28th Dealer of the Year; and Rodney Wasserstrom of The Wasserstrom Co. earned the magazine’s Hall of Fame Award.
