San Jamar-Chef Revival Bought by DDI

Sales and customer service operations to remain intact.

San Jamar-Chef Revival has been acquired by Dispensing Dynamics International. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

SJCR has no plans to change the way it goes to market at this time, according to a company spokesman. As such, SJCR's current distribution network and customer service and fulfillment operations will remain intact and operate separately from DDI.

SJCR is an international manufacturer of disposable dispensers, food safety tools, chef and foodservice apparel, hand safety products and other food and bar supplies solutions.
