Schneck and Tumpey appointed to fill roles in sales, marketing and development areas.

Component Hardware Group, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of plumbing and hardware products, appointed Lois Schneck as director of marketing and promoted Kevin Tumpey to business development and sales operations manager.

In her new role as director of marketing, Schneck will develop strategic and tactical marketing plans, identify new product and market opportunities, and build awareness of Component Hardware and its brand divisions. Schneck was previously director of marketing for Follett Corporation, a manufacturer of ice storage and transport systems, ice makers, ice and beverage dispensers and medical grade refrigerators and freezers.

A company veteran with more than 20 years' experience, Tumpey will oversee the daily operations of the sales department and manage the distributor and dealer sales channels in his new role. He is responsible for all corporate product training and coordination with other departments on new product development.
