Pollo Tropical Names Timmer VP of Operations

Industry veteran promoted from within at Pollo Tropical.

Pollo Tropical promoted Vicky Timmer to the newly created position of vice president of operations from region director.

Timmer, who joined Pollo Tropical in 2006, has more than 30 years of restaurant operations experience, including positions within the Pizza Hut and Burger King franchise systems. Her new role will focus the brand on ensuring customer satisfaction.
