TriMark USA Buys Century Concepts

Joins TriMark South to serve Atlanta and other markets in the southeast region.

TriMark USA, Inc. has acquired Century Concepts Inc., a Suwanee, Ga.-based foodservice equipment and supplies dealership. The company will join the TriMark South Division to create a new division: TriMark Century Concepts.

Century Concepts, Inc. was established in 2000 by Gregg Adams after spending 19 years with two national restaurant chains and a national foodservice equipment dealer. Adams will join the TriMark team.

In addition, Scott Bishop, previously president of TriMark South, will have the same position for TriMark Century Concepts.

TriMark USA reported $560 million in sales for 2011, making it the second largest foodservice equipment and supplies dealership in the country, according to Foodservice Equipment & Supplies' 2012 Distribution Giants Study.
